Ultra-High-Speed High-Precision Digital-to-Analog Converter
2GS/s 12-bit Current-Steering DAC: A 12-bit 2GS/s current-steering digital-to-analog converter (DAC) implemented using a 28nm CMOS process. It achieves 80dB SFDR without calibration by enhancing linearity through a 5-4-3 segmented structure and a layered switching scheme.
