The RFiCAE group has long been engaged in the research of high-efficiency RF analog integrated circuit design technology, and has achieved a series of research results in the areas of low-power wireless communication transceiver chips, broadband RF transceiver chips, high-performance phase-locked loops, high-speed analog-to-digital/digital-to-analog converters, and high-efficiency mixed-signal chip design, and so on. The team has undertaken and completed dozens of national/provincial and ministerial-level research projects, including National Major Science and Technology Special Projects, National Key R&D Program, JKWJCJQ Key Research Program, National 863 Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and National Tackling Program, etc. The team has accumulated rich IC R&D/design/testing experience, and is a member of IEEE JSSC, IEEE TCAS-I, and IEEE TMTT, ISSCC/RFIC/ASSCC/CICC and other international famous journals and conferences, published more than 100 papers, authorized more than 40 national invention patents, and achieved a series of systematic innovations, and some of the technologies and products have been transformed and applied in industry.

The team now has 4 senior titles, 2 research/administrative assistants, 13 doctor students, 20 master students, and 7 undergraduate students. The group was founded on the platforms of School of Microelectronics, Fudan University, National Key Laboratory of Integrated Chips and Systems, National IC Innovation Center, and Fudan Research Institute in Jiashan, which has a perfect IC hardware and software design environment and various advanced equipments needed for RF millimeter-wave integrated circuits/systems/antennas testing.

The group actively expands the communication and cooperation with enterprises, and has established long-term good cooperation relationships with Huawei Hesse, Wisdom Core Microelectronics, CEC Group, Aerospace Science and Industry Group and many other companies and research institutes.
