Ultra-High Precision Analog-to-Digital Converter
80dB SNDR Noise-Shaped SAR ADC, a Noise-Shaped Successive Approximation Register (NS-SAR) ADC employing an open-loop Gm-R amplifier. This converter is based on a Cascaded Integrator Feedforward (CIFF) architecture with kT/C noise cancellation capability, simplifying timing control and eliminating gain calibration requirements through the Gm-R amplifier.
