Introduction

Chao Zhang, male, born in 1995, Yangquan, Shanxi, graduated from Dalian University of Technology, majoring in Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated Systems, and was guaranteed a master's degree in the School of Microelectronics of Fudan University in 2018 under the supervision of Prof. Yan Na, graduated in 2021 with a thesis on “The Research and Design of Ultra-Wideband CNC Oscillator Applied to 5G Communication”. He is mainly engaged in the research of RF integrated circuits, and has studied a lot about broadband oscillators.
