Introduction

Yongxin Xu, male, born in 1995, Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology as a bachelor's degree, and was guaranteed a master's degree in the School of Microelectronics of Fudan University in 2017 under the supervision of Prof. Yan Na, graduated in 2020, with the thesis of “The research and design of low-power all-digital frequency synthesizer applied to the narrow-band Internet of Things”. He is mainly engaged in the research of RF integrated circuits, and his main direction is all-digital phase-locked loop as well as analog phase-locked loop.
