Introduction

Shujiang Ji, male, from Xingtai, Hebei, is a Master's student of the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMS) in 2014, and a PhD student of the School of Microelectronics, Fudan University (SOMS) in 18, supervised by Prof. Min Hao/ Prof. Yan Na, who is mainly engaged in the research and design of low-power and high-performance frequency synthesizers during his PhD period. He has published two papers and applied for four patents, two of which have been authorized, and was awarded the Second Class Scholarship of Fudan University.
