RFiCAE Group 2024 Changxing Island Reunion

On December 22, 2024, the RFiCAE team conducted the 2024 Changxing Island Reunion.

In the morning, the team members rode bicycles along the coastline of Changxing Island all the way to the beach. The picturesque scenery along the way, the sea breeze and the sunshine on the body were refreshing. At the beach, everyone stopped to feel the tranquility and beauty of nature, and at the same time improved the tacit understanding between each other in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

In the afternoon, the team moved to the Orangery on Changxing Island to experience the fun of strawberry picking. It was the ripening season for strawberries, and the red color of the strawberries in the garden was mouth-watering. Everyone rolled up their sleeves and picked fresh strawberries with their own hands, enjoying the joy of harvest. Afterwards, everyone sat around the bonfire and started the activity of “making tea around the stove”. This traditional and cozy activity not only made the team members feel the charm of Chinese tea culture, but also brought them closer to each other.

The group building activity not only allowed the members of the group to relax in the natural beauty, but also enhanced the team cohesion through a series of interactive activities. Whether it was riding on the beach, picking strawberries, or cooking tea around the stove, each link was full of fun and meaning. Everyone said that this group building activity is not only a physical relaxation, but also a spiritual baptism, and they are looking forward to more such opportunities in the future to meet again in the beautiful Changxing Island.
