Yan Na-Min Hao's team, Fudan University wins the Second Prize of Technical Invention Award

On October 23, the results of the 2023 Shanghai Science and Technology Award were released. This year, Fudan University achieved another record, winning a total of 22 projects, including 8 first prizes, 12 second prizes, and 2 awards for outstanding contribution to youth science and technology. Fudan University has won 3 first prizes of Technology Invention Award, which is the best achievement in history; the integrated circuit field has won the first prize of Technology Invention Award for three consecutive years. Won the Youth Science and Technology Outstanding Contribution Award 2, the only one in the city. Among them, Prof. Yan Na-Min Hao's team of Microelectronics College won the second prize of Technical Invention Award.

Prize-winning project: Key technology and application of high-efficiency wireless sensing chip

The Internet of Everything (IoT) has brought unprecedented convenience and opportunities for people, and the wide application of IoT requires the construction of next-generation sensing and wide-area IoT chip solutions. The project “High Energy Efficiency Wireless Sensing Chip Key Technologies and Applications” focuses on the IoT application requirements under complex application scenarios, focusing on solving key technical problems such as high energy efficiency energy acquisition/very low power consumption environment monitoring/complex multi-target sensing accuracy limitation, and has made important breakthroughs in the charge over-transfer mechanism, dynamic impedance matching technology, very low-power temperature sensing technology, multi-target synchronous sensing technology, and so on. Important breakthroughs have been made in charge excess transfer mechanism, dynamic impedance matching technology, extremely low-power temperature sensing technology, and multi-target synchronized sensing technology. The project has published 38 academic papers, obtained 58 authorized invention patents and 45 other intellectual property rights, and has had an important impact on academic research and industrialization applications.



The project team and Shanghai Kunrui Electronic Technology Co., Ltd, Beijing Zhixin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd, Beijing Zhixin Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. have been working closely together for many years to overcome the difficulties, always committed to China's industrial control field of high sensitivity, high reliability sensing chip and the application of the system R & D, and on this basis, cooperation to undertake national and provincial level projects, the establishment of a joint laboratory, to carry out horizontal scientific research cooperation, and to jointly On this basis, we cooperate to undertake national, provincial and ministerial projects, establish joint laboratories, carry out horizontal scientific research cooperation, and jointly cultivate high-quality industrial control chip R&D talents.The results of the project have achieved large-scale application in many fields, such as electric power companies, electrical equipment, intelligent manufacturing, etc., and have been gradually extended to new energy, information and communication, logistics and transportation. In the context of Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing, the results will gradually become an important support for the realization of industrial internet and digital twin.
