On November 15, 2025, the RFiCAE research team organized a hiking team-building activity at Wangshan Mountain in Suzhou. Participants enjoyed fitness walks along autumn trails adorned with vibrant foliage, experienced Zen-like tranquility while praying for blessings at an ancient temple, savored seasonal delicacies at a local farmhouse restaurant, and relaxed amidst the harmonious blend of nature and culture. This event showcased the team's spirit of unity between faculty and students, balancing hard work with leisure.

Autumn's warm sunshine bathed Mount Wangshan in golden hues as the research team began their hike along the winding mountain trail. Along the way, crimson maple leaves intertwined with the deep green of bamboo, occasionally dotted with the golden yellow of ginkgo trees, creating a three-dimensional autumn landscape. Students paused to photograph the scenery and shared tales of the wilderness, transforming the winding, steep path into a journey lightened by laughter and conversation. Their destination was Qianyuan Temple, founded during the Tang Dynasty. As the temple bells tolled, some prayed for the experiment's success, while others wished for the team to achieve new milestones.

On the return journey, the setting sun's afterglow cast a golden halo over Mount Wang. This team-building outing not only allowed everyone to unwind from research pressures amidst nature but also strengthened bonds between faculty and students. Building on this experience, the research group will continue to embrace a balanced approach to work—striving for equilibrium between rigorous scholarship and team development—to infuse greater vitality into scientific innovation.
